The author through careful analysis of the problems existing in the workshop production process, in view of the problem formulated a series of improvement methods. Including the scene 6S management, corrective and preventive of nonconforming product, clear the role of managers in production, discover and eliminate the waste in the process of production. By implementing pulse production line optimize process, balance production rhythm, assembly standard operations to improve production efficiency and product quality. On the basis of preliminary results were obtained in this type of product, and constantly again for subsequent continuous improvement, finally comprehensive promotion in other type of machine. Through a series of reforms, workshop staff have greatly improve work efficiency, stable product quality, reduce the waste and shorten the production time, improve the customer satisfaction and the overall effectiveness of workshop.
