Research On Lean Production In Painting Workshop Of BJ Auto Company

With the increasingly fierce market competition environment,precise control of production costs,seek differentiation and profit maximization has become the basis for the survival of most enterprises.Enterprises in the fierce market competition to obtain outstanding advantages,the most important point is to fully grasp the company’s cost control.Therefore,effective control and reduce the cost is not only the basic requirements of building a conservation oriented society,but also an important issue for modern companies to study.The traditional cost control mode of production has many deficiencies,the cost of production waste is serious,therefore,urgently requires us to create a new mode of production to strengthen cost control efforts,the lean production mode.Lean production is a system of verification,after the production,procurement,manufacturing,logistics,inventory,on-site production process,the project cost analysis and improvement of control,and the use of specific methods to improve the optimization of cost control,and ultimately eliminate all waste,reduce production costs.However,for some companies that have adopted the lean production mode,the specific methods of cost control are paid little attention to the change of production management.Therefore,this paper takes BJ Automobile Company under the lean production cost control as the research object,on the premise of ensuring the quality of production,to improve production efficiency,reduce the manufacturing cost of BJ Motor Company as the main target.This article first introduces the research background and significance,research ideas and content,research status at home and abroad about lean production and the innovation of this paper;secondly,this paper introduces the related theory of cost control under the lean production,and focus on the list of three specific lean production method,continuous improvement production line balance design method and comprehensive quality management methods;on the basis of the study and discusses the problems existing and the cost of BJ Automobile Company of cost control;thirdly,in-depth analysis of the BJ car company the reasons of the problems in the work environment and less humanized management,focusing on how to improve strategies using three methods of lean under continuous improvement,production line balancing design and comprehensive quality management,finally summarizes the BJ car company Lean Safeguard measures of production methods.
