| The high-rise building has become an integral part of city life.In recent years,the city gradually emerged in irregular super high-rise buildings,which are due to the building functional layout restrictions,architectural appearance and plastic arts requirements,such as the CCTV headquarters building,Burj Al Arab hotel and so on.The irregular super high-rise buildings would be public discussion and become a landmark once appeared.However,the unique architectural form and structure have brought difficulties to the construction management,especially the general contractor of the project.General contracting for constructional engineering project not only to survey,design,procurement,construction and commissioning(completion and acceptance)the whole process of contracting or several stages according to the contract,but also responsible for project quality,schedule,cost,etc..Therefore,this paper chooses to study on the general contract management of the irregular super high-rise construction project.This paper reviews the project management system theory and methods,focusing on the irregular super high-rise construction project general contracting management methods and characteristics,and takes Wangjing SOHO-T3 tender project as a case,the general contractor for the project employed management,technological innovation,management results were analyzed.The main innovation of this paper is: First,this paper analyzes the similarities and differences of general contract in the design,procurement,construction and risks between irregular high-rise building project and General engineering and characteristics of the general contract management of irregular super high-rise project in the above aspects are analyzed.Second,proposes irregular super high-rise projects responses on design management,procurement management,construction management and risk management.This study will provide references to similar irregular super high-rise projects general contractor. |
