Study On Joint Modeling And Decision Of Equipment Maintenance And Spare Parts Inventory

In order to ensure the continuous and stable daily production of enterprise,the enterprise must develop a reasonable and effective preventive maintenance strategy of equipment,at the same time in order to ensure the maintenance,enterprises need to reserve a certain amount of spare parts.So the amount of the spare parts is an important factor of restricting the maintenance activities.The joint modeling and decision research of equipment maintenance and spare parts inventory can not only improve equipment's state,but also reduce the cost of spare parts inventory.In this background,this paper carried out joint study on preventive maintenance and spare parts inventory.First of all,to analyze the influence of random lead time on activities of equipment maintenance and the management of spare parts inventory,then build up the joint model of equipment maintenance and spare parts inventory under the restriction of lead time,and to minimize the total cost to get the optimal preventive maintenance cycle and spare parts purchasing cycle.Secondly,on the basis of random lead time,add factor of transfer spare parts into the joint model,then analyzes the influence mechanism of transferring spare parts on joint model quantitatively,and from the perspective of enterprise established a joint model of equipment maintenance and spare parts inventory under the constraints of random lead time and transferring spare parts.Finally,an example analysis is given to illustrate the applicable scene of the joint model and the process of decision-making,and discusses the influence of maintenance and inventory related costs on the result of decision-making mechanism,to verify the effectiveness of the two joint decision models.In this paper,the study on joint model of equipment maintenance and spare parts inventory can guide the daily equipment maintenance and spare parts inventory management activities of enterprise,and help to improve the production efficiency and economic benefits.
