With the improvement of knowledge in the social economy development,enterprise’s source of competitive advantage is the knowledge sharing and the ability toinnovate knowledge. Knowledge is core and soul of enterprise development, which isexisting only by attaching to people and, produced with their creativity. With enterpriseemployees for the core research, this paper is on the research for staff knowledgeinnovation spiral evolution mode, the spiral model analysis to the influences ofknowledge sharing and evolution in the process of knowledge innovation spiral ofdynamic employees decision-making behavior.First of all, from the knowledge and knowledge management, knowledge sharing,knowledge innovation, three aspects of relevant basic theoretical knowledge in thispaper. This paper focuses on the management of knowledge sharing and innovationthought, knowledge of the spiral concept and enterprise knowledge innovation theory.Then, put forward the enterprise knowledge innovation spiral evolution model andanalyzes the model for enterprise knowledge management of the important significance.In the evolution of the spiral model proposed at the same time, this article attempts toemployee between the knowledge innovations processes of evolution.Then, the paper analyzes the knowledge innovation spiral patterns in theknowledge sharing. Rely on information technology is better able to handle thedominant knowledge sharing problem, this paper aside the dominant knowledge sharinganalysis, the application of the social network related theory method, five kinds ofsocial network were discussed, which did effects on tacit knowledge sharing in internalenterprise, secondly a model was constructed, data were obtained by investigating acustomer service center of some communication company, Ucinet software was used tomake regression analysis to determine the influence degree. Results show that the fivekinds of social network have significant positive impact on tacit knowledge sharing, theinfluence of emotional network is the largest, followed by trust network, instrumentalnetwork, cognitive network, and workflow network is the minimum.Finally, this paper discusses the knowledge innovation spiral pattern ofdecision-making behavior of employees. In view of staff knowledge creation, amulti-stage sequential game decision model on basis of knowledge variablesassumption, in which there is a optimal creation path with mutual communication, is established to represent the dynamic decision-making process of knowledge creationand sharing after interactive communication and modifying. Then, under the premise ofsustainable knowledge creation, the second part gives the qualifications of mutualoptimal creation path in order to maximize staff expected return in the future. Finally, aparameter matrix is made with assigned related variables according to the qualifications.After debate over the probability of meeting both sides’ qualifications with the limitedrealistic background, the results show that the greater the potential value of knowledgecreation, the bigger the probability of reaching optimal decision path. In addition, theprobability is defined by staff efficiency of knowledge creation.
