With the continuous improvement of per capita disposable income of urban residents in China,the pursuit of convenience and quality of life to become the core needs of urban residents.Community value-added service not only meet the daily needs of community residents living services,but also enhance the quality of life of community residents.At present,the community value-added service is still in the initial stage of development.The community value-added service model is carried out in the field of property service,but it lacks the typical profit model and mature business model.At the same time,its service concept is more traditional,the service framework is old,To meet the diverse needs of community residents,personalized life needs.In addition,the academic field on the community value-added service model of the relevant research less,the lack of systematic combing and in-depth study.Therefore,this paper based on the value creation has made an optimized study on the existing value-added service model of community.First of all,through the generalization and research of the existing service models in the area of value-added services,the four types of community value-added service models are analyzed,and different service models are presented through practice cases.Secondly,from the perspective of service quality,Four Kinds of Community Value-added Service Model.That is,through the construction of community value-added service model assessment scale,on the basis of reliability and validity analysis of four types of community value-added service model evaluation research;again,through the existing community value-added service model evaluation study,At present,the existing service model has the problems in the service concept and service implementation.Finally,the value-added service model is optimized from the perspective of value creation.From the strategic level and the strategic level of community value-added service model put forward the corresponding optimization recommendations.This paper studies the community value-added service model from the perspective of value creation,and draws the following three conclusions:(1)There are four types of service modes in community value-added service areas,namely,enterprise-oriented community value-added service model,residents(2)the role of community residents in the community value-added service model from the "passive acceptance of services" to "initiative",the value-added service model of the community-based community,the value-added service model of the enterprise and the residents,(3)Community value-added service ecosystem will become an important idea of sustainable and healthy development of community value-added service model.In addition,there may be two deficiencies in the research process:(1)In the construction of the evaluation scale,the selection of indicators for the model evaluation may not be comprehensive;(2)There are some limitations in the selection of the survey object.
