| After rising to national strategy,Tianjin Binhai New Area shoulders the mission of integrating regional development elements,playing a role of regional growth pole,and driving economic growth of circum-Bohai-Sea and even northern area in our country.In 2011,government of Tianjin City passed Binhai New Area Salt Field Plan and Middle-part New Town Plan,and middle-part new town of Binhai new area enter into a new development stage.Development orientation of middle-part new town needs to plan and adjust again and regional industrial structure needs to further optimize.Aiming at the problems in the regional industrial development of middle-part new town,how to adopt effective response measures to relieve predicament and pressure of regional industrial development in middle-part new town,Binhai New Area has been an important issue which is badly in need of solving.This dissertation adopts document research,statistical analysis method,comparative study,case analysis combination with theoretical research,define the concept of regional industrial harmonious development,and analyze and discuss relevant theory of regional industrial development and regional industrial harmonious development mechanism.Make a comparison between domestic and overseas regional industrial development mode,such as American mode,British mode,Japanese mode as well as Pearl River Delta and Yangtze River delta region mode.And analyze external environment of regional industrial development in middle-part new town,Binhai New Area and deeply analyze regional development status of middle-part new town,Binhai New Area,and dissect these problems,which exist in regional industrial development of middle-part new town,like that regional economic aggregate is relatively small;pillar industry lacks of advantages;industrial chain is not perfect;capacity of independent innovation is insufficient;privately operated economy accounts for small proportion.Based on SWOT analysis about industrial development in middle-part new town,Binhai New Area,they put forward industrial development ideas,targets,principles and strategic positioning of middle-part new town;discuss strategies which are suitable for regional industrial development of middle-part new town.Propose measures which can promote regional industrial harmonious development like that optimize regional industrial structure of middle-part new town,strengthen regional industry cooperation development,improve regional industryinnovation capacity and optimize regional industrial space layout;create good regional industrial harmonious development,enhance assurance of measure about training of professional talents,promoting sustainable development of regional industry in middle-part new town,Binhai New Area. |
