Research On The Project Evaluation Of Xilin Gol League's Power Distribution Network

The analysis of distribution network planning intends to conduct a scientific comprehensive evaluation of power grid planning.According to comprehensive evaluation of the technical feasibility and economic rationality of the planning scheme,it shows in this paper: whether the planning scheme contributes to improving the power network,achieving the goals and satisfaction as expected.It has become the significant topics of how to evaluate and improve the distribution network planning.On the basis of the study of domestic and international distribution network planning,this paper firstly introduced the basic theories of distribution network planning evaluation,mainly including the theory of distribution network planning,the specific content,criterion and method and the evaluation of distribution network planning.Then,this paper constructed the evaluation index system of distribution network planning project of Xilin Gol League.Taking the status,planning goal,the network characteristics and construction criterion of evaluation index system into consideration,this paper constructed the economic,technological and social evaluation index system.Finally,the comprehensive evaluation model was built to analyze the distribution network planning in Xilin Gol League.The entropy weight of the TOPSIS method was used to evaluate the economic,environmental and social feasibility of Xilin Gol League's power distribution network.And this method proved to be reasonable in theory.More importantly,it shows the technical feasibility,economic feasibility,social feasibility of Xilin Gol League's power distribution network planning project and reached the standards of distribution network construction.In addition,entropy based TOPSIS method was proved to be an effective method to assess the power distribution network project.Valuable conclusion in this study is drawn for investment decision makers to make the right decision.
