Research On Inventorymanagement Model Of SH Company

The food processing industry plays an important role in the development of our national economy,and inventory management has influence on the development of the food processing industry is particularly important.Inventory management in the food industry inventory management and other industries has certain particularity,namely the timeliness of inventory procurement procurement cycle,short turnaround time,can ensure the supply of inventory and inventory quality impact of the production process is very large,high and low cost in the finished products subject to inventory management.At present,the inventory management mode of our country most food enterprises still use the traditional management mode,this management mode has the following problems: pay attention to local management and neglect global control,can not be timely adjustment of inventory,access to information lag,resulting in the ordering cost,storage cost and management cost increases blindly,have a great impact on the food industry the economic efficiency and improve the overall level.Therefore,for the food processing industry,to be in an invincible position in the competition,we must strengthen the enterprise inventory management,optimize inventory management model,to further control the production cost and improve the economic efficiency of enterprises.SH is a company with a meat processing of large food enterprises,inventory management is one of the most important content of food processing enterprises,the significance of supply chain operation efficiency of SH company.This article from the inventory management model as the starting point,take SH company as an example,combined with the method of literature review,case analysis,detailed analysis of the development process since the foundation of the inventory management mode of SH company and its advantages and disadvantages.Combined with the SH company in the same industry performance rate,net profit from inventory turnover,inventory formation etc.influence inventory management model of enterprises are analyzed,pointed out the existence of the SH company's existing inventory management mode,the lack of perfect supply chain system,inventory costs,the lack of protection of the current model,inventory weak internal control problems,and puts forward specific strategies for enterprises to cope with the adverse effects of the current model.Through theoretical analysis and case study,draws the following conclusions:(1)change the SH inventory management model in line with the development of the industry,(2)enterprise to optimize inventory management mode to create the optimal supply chain in a certain period of time.Based on the above findings,this paper puts forward four suggestions on SH company: build perfect supply chain system,improve sales forecast accuracy,speed up structural transformation and upgrading,and strengthen internal control of inventory management.The purpose of this study is to provide a reference for the value of the inventory management with other companies in the industry.
