| Experience the arrival of the economic era,the development of tourist attractions provides many opportunities,but also the tourist area of service and management is facing a serious competition.With the social development more and more fast,a comprehensive well-off society more and more prominent,the tourism market is also fierce development,leading to various tourist attractions continue to fierce competition,especially they are not prominent tourist attractions in the tourism market,they try to fing out their own advantages to survive,that is,we often say that only follow the changes in the environment to adapt to the environment to survive.Now it is experience the economy,we want to make themselves stand out in such a fierce competition,then we only adapt to this economic era,we must effort in the service,so as to make progress.This paper from the perspective of quality of service that study the tourism industry,and take into account the characteristics of this era.Although there are many factors that affect the tourist experience,such as the tourist intrinsic factors,tourist travel experience factors,tourism resources,and so on,these factors have one thing in common,that is,their impact on the tourism experience is difficult to control,they are more subjective and the variables are difficult to quantify.Even if the indicators were found to quantify these factors,the results of the study are also very different from the actual,and our contribution to future research is not significant.This paper studies the impact of tourism quality on the tourism experience is based on two reasons: on the one hand,because the factor that the quality of service is now very important factors for all companies,no matter which industry it occupies a very important position,the study of tourism experience has a significant guiding role in the development of tourist attractions in the era of experience economy;on the other hand,more domestic and foreign research scholars to study the quality of service,this article is based on predecessors with specific of the variables to explain it,and the factor that the quality of service is controllable,variables can be an objective explanation,so the results of the study in practice,we can learn from.In this paper,based on the literature review,the theoretical basis and the design questionnaire,the empirical analysis is carried out,and the statistical research methods are used.The main analysis are factor analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis,etc.The influence of tourism quality service on the tourism experience is constructed factor system and conceptual model,which includes six main factors,20 specific influencing factors,and then we put forward a mediator variable for tourists’ emotions.Based on this,we use the linear regression method to try to construct the linear regression equation of the relationship between tourism experience and various factors.Finally,the empirical analysis of the conclusions of the following conclusions: First,the quality of service on the emotional and tourist experience satisfaction with visitors have a significant positive impact;Second,the tourists emotional and tourist experience satisfaction have a significant positive impact;Thirdly,the partial dimension of the service quality of the tourist attractions and the tourists ’emotions and the satisfaction of the tourism experience have a significant positive effect respectively.Fourthly,the tourists’ emotions play a mediating role between the service quality and the satisfaction of the tourism experience.It can be seen that the tourism experience is affected by the quality of service,so we put forward some suggestions according to the conclusion,which can be used for tourism enterprises.Finally,we put forward the limitations of this study and the future development direction.Improve the quality of service and rich experience of tourists,which is essential for the future management of scenic spots.This paper carries on the empirical research to take the natural scenery scenic area as an example. |
