Since ancient times,China and Vietnam have friendly neighbouring relations.In recent years,more and more Chinese tourists have chosen to go to Vietnam,and have become the main source of tourists for Vietnam Tourism.As Chinese tourists bring huge economic benefits to Vietnam,some questions arise.Is Vietnam's tourist market attractive to Chinese tourists?Are Chinese tourists willing to spend two times?To a certain extent,it affects the experience of consumers.Therefore,Vietnam's tourism industry needs to solve the problem if it wants to seize the big market of China and enhance the experience quality of tourists.Therefore,the author wrote this thesis on the topic of" Evaluation of destination experience quality of Chinese tourists in Vietnam".This paper adopts the method of "questionnaire survey" and "on-the-spot investigation”to collect data,and makes quantitative analysis of the collected questionnaire data.Then through the related research methods of statistics,the influence of tourists' differences on the quality of tourism experience is analyzed,and through the feedback of tourists,the corresponding countermeasures are put forward for how to improve the experience quality of Chinese tourists.It is divided into eight chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly expounds the research reason and significance of this thesis,the current research situation in Vietnam and the research methods and process.The second and third chapters respectively introduce the research progress in China and abroad and the analysis of Vietnam's tourism industry.The fourth chapter is the survey and design of tourist experience quality in China.This chapter first introduces the composition of the questionnaire,and then explains the recovery of the data,the specific methods of research and the quality of the recovery of the data.Finally,the overall evaluation of the tourists and the linear regression analysis of the main factors are put forward.In the fifth and sixth chapters,the author makes hypothesis testing on the data through SPSS software,and analyzes the impact of different types of tourists on the quality of tourism experience.In the seventh chapter,according to the factors reflected in the questionnaire,we put forward some suggestions and measures to improve the quality of tourists' experience.The eighth chapter summarizes the core achievements and achievements of this study.The survey was conducted from September 15,2017 to November 15th in Hanoi,Nha Trang and Hu Zhiming.A total of 250 questionnaires were distributed and 205 valid questionnaires were collected,with an effective rate of 82%.The factors that affect the tourist experience are analyzed.After analyzing the factors that affect the tourist experience,the linear regression equation model which affects the tourist experience is established by using SPSS.It is found that the most important factors affecting the tourist experience are service and price factors.It shows that the service quality of Vietnam's tourist cities will directly affect the tourists' experience,and the cost-effective tourism programs are more easily accepted by tourists.The main conclusions of this paper include the following aspects:(1)Determine the structure and dimension names of the factors influencing the quality of tourist experience in China.Through the data analysis,we determine that the factors affecting the tourist experience quality are composed of three dimensions.The names of the three dimensions are "tourism environment","tourism service" and "tourist activity",and the linear regression equation model of the tourist experience shows that the price and other service factors are total to the tourists.The body experience is most significant.(2)Under different demographic characteristics,the perception differences between Chinese tourists and tourists on three dimensions are different.The results show that there are significant differences in the cognitive assessment of the "tourism environment" by the Chinese tourists who are affected by the age stage/residence/occupation,and there are significant differences in the perception and evaluation of"tourism activities" by the visitors of different months of income/sex.There are significant differences in perception and evaluation of "tourism service" dimensions.(3)Chinese tourists are mainly through travel agencies to obtain tourist information related to Vietnam;in the way of transportation,most tourists choose to go to Vietnam in the way of aircraft;Chinese tourists like to travel to cities with island characteristics,such as Nha Trang,Da Nang,Ha Long Bay and so on.The innovation of this article is as follows:(1)Research on the behavior pattern of Chinese tourists group and the innovative choice of cases.The study of outbound tourism has always been the focus of China's tourism research,and its early achievements are plentiful,but most of the research results are limited to the state of China,that is,the investigation and analysis of the behavior of the inbound Chinese tourists.However,there are few researches on the behavior of outbound Chinese tourists.This article makes an innovative investigation and analysis of Chinese tourists from Vietnam,The questionnaire is conducted in Vietnam,making tourism research abroad.(2)Integration and innovation of tourist behavior survey from the perspective of subject and object.As a guest,the author does not divide up with the tourist who takes the lead.On the basis of the experience of Vietnam,the author conducted a questionnaire survey on the Chinese tourists,and chose a fusion angle between the case and the investigators.At the same time,there are also some shortcomings:because I am just a Vietnamese student,there are some deficiencies in the process of writing the thesis:(1)Because of the difficulty of relevant literature query in Vietnam,the literature collected in this article may not be comprehensive,so it is not able to further explore the factors that affect the tourist experience.(2)My Chinese level is limited,and there are some problems in writing,which will make reading less vivid and intuitive,and to a certain extent it will affect the quality of this article.Some common sense errors may be put on the expression so that readers can not understand their contents well.
