The Current Situation And Prospects Of Sino-african Modernized Farm Cooperation

Sino-African agricultural cooperation forms the basis for Sino-African economic cooperation and is an important part of it.Due to highly complementary resources,technology and large population,,Sino-African cooperation of agriculture develops quite quickly."Top Ten Sino-African Cooperation Plan" introduced by President Xi on Sino-African Cooperation includes the realization of agricultural modernization,and promises to provide an amount of$60,000,000,000 to support it.Seeing to the agricultural modernization plan,China will center on agricultural development projects,agricultural development ability and agricultural technology study,to further share its experience on agricultural development experience.Transfer suitable technology to African countries to facilitate its agricultural modernization,which provides convenience to Sino-African modernized farm cooperation.Therefore,the study of modern Sino-African agricultural cooperation situation and prospects,not only help to improve the efficiency of agricultural cooperation between China and Africa,but also that the African countries can be able to ensure food security,to escape poverty and contribute greatly to helping China establish a responsible image,enhance the international status and achieve win-win situation.This paper takes the cooperation of China and Africa as the main research object,and briefly introduces the present situation,existing problems and corresponding countermeasures and suggestions of the agricultural development of China and Africa.Based on the analysis of previous research results,this paper first introduces the cooperation between China and Africa in modern China through literature analysis,and puts forward three main modes of cooperation between China and Africa,such as modernized family farm model,modernized agriculture Industrial park model and modernized agricultural technology demonstration center model.Secondly,the paper analyzes and discusses the cooperation of China and Africa,and expounds the basic situation of cooperation between China and African modernized farms from four aspects: foundation,mode,process and cooperation characteristics.Thirdly,on the basis of the analysis of the present situation,it points out the problems existing in the cooperation between China and Africa: the low level of production mechanization,the imperfect agricultural infrastructure,the weak processing degree of agricultural products and the low degree of localization of agricultural production.Then analyzes the prospect of cooperation between China and modernized farms in China through qualitative analysis.It points out that the prospects of cooperation between China and Africa should be equipped with high-tech machinery and equipment.It has a complete integrated processing chain and realize the development of ecological cycle.Finally,the author puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the cooperation between China and African modernized farms,and promote the government and enterprises to participate more effectively in agricultural modernization with African countries.
