Research On The Development Of The Integrated Tea And Tourism Industries In Anhua County Of Hunan Province

Anhua County of Hunan Province is characterized by her special tea culture and beautiful natural scenery.For the sake of the short development time and weak foundation as well as the problems existed in extension of industrial chain,the industries of tea and tourism encounter many bottlenecks.In recent years,Anhua is facing a new opportunity under the background of her booming tourism industry and improving tea brand influence.In order to boost the economic development,Anhua should seize the good chance of aid-to-the-poor policy of China by combining the tea and tourism industries effectively to drive the overall economic development.This study aims to promote the tea and tourist industry of Anhua in terms of their integration.The main contents are as follows:(1)The tea and tourism integration were analyzed based on the SWOT model.By studying the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats in the development of the tea and tourism integration of Anhua,it was concluded that the strengths overwhelm the weaknesses and the opportunities outweigh the threats.(2)Based on the analysis of the successful experiences of the tea and tourism integration of other regions,as well as the current developing situation of Anhua,using the theories of experience economy,Maslow's hierarchy of needs,agriculturally sustainable development,industrial amalgamation,the benefit indexes of tea industry and tourism industry of Anhua from the year of 2006 to 2015 were calculated by the coordination degree model.It was found that the coordination degree between the two industries is quite good.(3)The promotion effect of the integration of tea and tourism industries on the development of Anhua's economy was evaluated.By collecting some key indicators of the two industries and the economy,and using the Deng's correlation analysis method,the correlation between the integration of the two industries and the development of economy was calculated.Overall,the integration of the two industries exerts a significant and positive influence on the development of Anhua's economy.(4)From the perspective of delimiting and protecting the historical relics of tea culture in Anhua,popularizing the essence of black-tea culture and making strategies of the integration of the two industries,as well as ploting projects of the integration,establishing the tourism belt of the integration and enhancing the influence of Anhua's tea brands,some suggestions were proposed to improve the integration of the tea and tourism industries.
