The Influential Mechanism Of Rural Household's Participation Desire And Behavior In Rural Tourism Destination Development

Nearly three years,continuous attention to rural tourism has paid by government,China's rural tourism is developing into a new stage,facing more opportunities and challenges.Farmers are the core subject of rural tourism,however,the participation level of rural households is not high,the phenomenon of limited participation ability and low participation level is prevalent,and the research achievements of farmers' participation in rural tourism is lacked.The key to the development of rural tourism lies not only in the construction of scenic environment,but also in promoting the effective participation of farmers,is to improve the effective participation level and effect.Therefore,in the context of precision poverty alleviation,we need fully understand the importance of participation of farmers,study systematically influential mechanism of farmers' participation in rural tourism,and ultimately get a virtuous circle model of "farmers participating-tourism developing-tourism benefiting-farmers participating".This is not only the only way to enhance the effective participation of farmers,but also the inevitable requirement to promote the upgrading of rural tourism and the important guarantee to deepen the work of poverty and poverty alleviation,systematic research is necessary and urgent.Based on above,this paper introduces Elinor Ostrom's IAD extension model,which includes five key variables: land consolidation,market endowment,institutional arrangement,farmer's psychological cognition and its own basic situation.Taking the Guanshan community in Ningxiang County as an example,empirical analysis has been done based on sampling survey of203 households by SPSS20.0 software.the study found: first,the overall participation number is relatively less,and mostly distributed in the Guanshan area,Xiangtang area little and lower level;Second,in the participatory willingness model,distance to the core spot in market variable,actual income growth and family norm in psychological cognition variable directly and positively affect the participation willingness of the farmers,but the family income source under the family characteristic is negative;third,in the participatory behavior model,the variables of land consolidation,institutional arrangement,farmer's psychological cognition and family characteristic have an positive effect on the participation desire of farmers,but the market endowment has not entered the model;forth,the regression results of the household classification model showed that there was no difference in the risk judgment between the participating and the non-participating,but there was significant difference in aspects like land use,land satisfaction and so on;fifth,the income-risk judgments is the key factors affecting participation,which is proof of the rational choice of farmers and also verify the farmers' profitability.Finally,according to the conclusion of the study and combining with the current dilemma,scenic spots are advised from the macro-dimensions of land,finance,market,education,such as land circulation,rural tourism micro-loan,rural tourism cooperatives,vocational education and training...
