High-speed rail has a significant improvement in transportation,economics and people's lives.Its relation to area development is an important objective in economics,planning,geography.At present there are many research findings in Jing-jin-ji area but less in west and northeast.Hu-han-rong high-speed rail is a vital link of west and central section.This thesis focus on the influence of accessibility change that high-speed rail brings about in location advantage of cities,economic relation,hinterland change of central city and their spatial relation by using potential model,gravity model,field intensity model and the spatial autocorrelation of spatial-temporal proximity model based on data of community economy,transportation,DEM and land use on support of GIS.The results are as follows:(1)High-speed rail improves the whole accessibility of the city in the area.The accessibility of east cities is better than west cities.The imbalance of the accessibility among the cities becomes heavier.The number of reachable cities increases a lot and the area of the isotime circles of 1 hour and 3 hours is larger than before.The impact of high-speed rail is greater on the isotime circle of 3 hours.The relation with the peripheral cities is closer if the city has good traffic and good ecomomic.(2)The potential of the location advantage of the cities around the high-speed rail is promoted generally.Before the high-speed rail came,the area of low accessibility is mainly at Sichuan and the Midwest of Hubei and the area of the middle to high accessibility is at Shanghai,Jiangsu and Anhui.The area of high accessibility spreads along Shanghai to Wuhan and most cities in Sichuan become the mid ones.But the difference between west and east is still great.(3)Jiangsu has the closest relation of economic in the province.Before the high speed rail opened,Hubei province has the maximum internal difference and Anhui province had the minimum.After the high speed rail opened,the Internal differences in Jiangsu intensify and regional differences between Sichuan and Chongqing become narrow.The relation of city economic was mainly in Shanghai,Suzhou,Wuxi and Nanjing before and the net of the relation becomes denser.(4)The hinterland of Chengdu and Shanghai becomes bigger than before and the hinterland of Chongqing,Wuhan,Nanjing is smaller.The hinterland of Shanghai swallows the outer area of Nanjing and Hefei which improves its power.(5)High-speed rail makes the relation of Shanghai,Wuxi,Changzhou and Suzhou become closer and so does the relations of Hefei,Nanjing,Chengdu,Wuhan with their neighboring cities.The cities around the edge of the research area can not get improved because the lower level of transportion and the comprehensive strength.
