At present,with the development of economy and modern science and technology,the development of new energy and industrial pollution is an important issue of the whole society.The fundamental solution to these problems is to reduce energy consumption,save resources and improve energy efficiency.However,China's current electricity heat still in coal combustion,coal combustion will not only reduce non renewable resources in China's reserves,and produced in the combustion process of soot and other gas mixtures have seriously polluted the atmosphere.Thermal power plant is the main source of the northern winter heating,in the heat,exhaust steam utilization project,how to effectively utilize the heat source,will effectively reduce energy waste,improve the utilization of waste heat,saving non renewable resources,and for the enterprise and society to bring significant economic benefits.With the implementation of Datang thermoelectric waste heat of exhaust steam Ping Wang area utilization project,the goal of the project is energy conservation,conservation of resources,reduce environmental pollution,the starting point is the effective use of the steam produced by coal Datang Power,heating problems surrounding Pingwang area of the people to solve.With Datang Power two stage exhaust steam utilization project is effective in reducing energy consumption again,increase the coverage area before heating,improve the quality of life of residents Pingwang area.In recent years,the country vigorously promote energy-saving emission reduction,green development,promote low-carbon economy,increase energy efficiency,the project is a positive response to this call,to meet the national policy orientation.This study is easy with the coal Datang thermoelectric exhaust gas from this specific project as a case study,through job analysis,schedule,security measures for the formulation,ensure the project in accordance with the original plan for the effective implementation of the plan,completed on time.The project schedule can effectively manage and control the progress of the project,through the use of project work breakdown structure(WBS)method,the decomposition of project activities,to clearly present the work activities,and the logical relationship between various work activities.Using the method of Gantt chart,implementation of the time the work activities and the order of the construction of visual display,in the chart clearly understand and easy to understand the whole project and the progress of activities.Organization,management system,technology and resources are the favorable guarantee for the smooth progress of the project schedule.Only when these measures are perfect and effective can we ensure the normal progress of the project.In the process of construction,it is necessary to adjust the project schedule in time,so that the project schedule can adapt to the dynamic development of the external environment.This study can also provide reference for other enterprises with similar projects,which has a little practical significance and reference.
