Research On Production Management Of Intelligent Power Distribution Products Of H Enterprises Based On Lean Production

This paper takes aerospace enterprises as the research object,and through the research on the production management of intelligent power distribution products,it finds that the production capacity is insufficient,the organizational structure of the enterprise is chaotic,and the production system is uncomplete.According to the characteristics of the company and based on the lean theory,this paper adopts the methods and tools of lean production to optimize the organization system,and improve production operation management of the enterprise,so that the production meets the requirements of lean production.First,this paper combines lean theory with production practice,takeing the just-in-time production as the core,and determines the ideas and principles of optimization.Secondly,the thesis combines the internal and external environment of the aerospace enterprise to explore the organizational structure,production process and production system of the enterprise.Then analyzeing the current production status and existing problems of the intelligent power distribution products.In response to these problems,this paper mainly uses the relevant theories of lean production to optimize from several aspects such as human resource management,plan management,manufacturing management,equipment management and inventory management.At the same time,this paper combines the related theories and methods of facility planning,logistics analysis and industrial engineering.Then analyzing and optimizing the key production processes of major products,and putting forward specific methods and measures for the optimization of intelligent power distribution products for aerospace enterprises.Finally,this paper compares the production before and after the improvement of the enterprise.It finds that the economic indicators of the enterprise grow steadily,the product performance continues to improve,and the management ability of the enterprise is steadily improved,which proves the scientific and effective application of lean thinking to production improvement.At the same time,the paper concludes that the organizational structure of the enterprise must be consistent with the production concept of the enterprise,the production management of the enterprise must start from the grassroots level,and the optimization of production management needs continuous innovation and continuous improvement,which provides a reference for similar production enterprises.
