Since the reform and opening up for the last30years, China gradually became the kingof manufacturing of the word, relying on the low labor cost and advantage of resource.However, production efficiency and resource utilization ratio and other aspects still have alarge gap comparing to the developed countries. With the rise of emerging markets in foreignmanufacturing, the migration of EU and US manufacturing, also to the domestic labor costand material cost increases, China’s manufacturing is under the huge pressure of survivalcurrently.China takes30years to finish above stage from eighty at the end of twentieth Century totwenty-first Century, making manufacturing enterprises in China can not keep up and restrictthe further development due to the level of management and operation. To solve thisproblem, it is necessary to learn and introduce foreign advanced management mode, whichshall be integrated with China’s enterprise also.And the neighbor Japan, Toyota is a very good learning objects. Because ofworld-famous TPS, it makes Toyota become a learning paradigm of New productionmanagement after Ford, GE. TPS satisfy customerthrough the integration and optimizationof production system resources, shorten the production cycle, improve productionefficiency, reduce inventory to provide high quality and low cost products. The core is toeliminate all waste and non value work,by continuing to reduce the cost, improve quality andenhance the production flexibility to ensure the advantages of enterprises in marketcompetition, and ultimately achieve the perfect.This paper studies the crisis of A company be terminated cooperation once because ofpoor performance in delivery, as the customer demand which is more and morediversified, smaller batches, and shorter delivery situation. In this paper, through the analysisof the current situation of A company, logistics and information flow analysis, find out thebottleneck of production improvement, then by the use of levelingproduction, lean logistics, field improvement such as reducing product handling distanceand in process inventory, so as to shorten the production cycle. Through the application of these tools to optimize and improve the major issues affecting the cycle, eliminating a largeinventory, production process of waiting, handling and other waste, thus optimizingthe delivery cycle, improve the production site and reduce the cost of the company, but alsowon the trust of customers.
