The core is toeliminate all waste and non value work,by continuing to reduce the cost, improve quality andenhance the production flexibility to ensure the advantages of enterprises in marketcompetition, and ultimately achieve the perfect.This paper studies the crisis of A company be terminated cooperation once because ofpoor performance in delivery, as the customer demand which is more and morediversified, smaller batches, and shorter delivery situation. In this paper, through the analysisof the current situation of A company, logistics and information flow analysis, find out thebottleneck of production improvement, then by the use of levelingproduction, lean logistics, field improvement such as reducing product handling distanceand in process inventory, so as to shorten the production cycle. Through the application of these tools to optimize and improve the major issues affecting the cycle, eliminating a largeinventory, production process of waiting, handling and other waste, thus optimizingthe delivery cycle, improve the production site and reduce the cost of the company, but alsowon the trust of customers.
