Study On The Process-change Audit Management Of The Vehicle Development In Group F

The VDP(Vehicle Development Process)is the main process throughout the vehicle life cycle,from Zero to One,from the planning to the early MP(mass production).Focusing on the VDP,planning,development,production,marketing,quality assurance and other related fields work together to carry out a large number of jobs.The quality of program management during the VDP influences the quality of the program and the vehicle’s market assessment,influences the company’s operating benefits and the brand value.Combined with international advanced company’s management mode,the joint ventures’ s practical experience and self-owned brand’s reality of operating,F Group has established its own Vehicle Development Process and the Process-change Audit Management,which is called the Q-Gate in F Group.This article briefly introduces the Vehicle Development Process of F Group,and describes the main task of the 7 stages(Product Project Planning,Product Planning,Product Definition,Design and Verification,Production Preparation,Trial Production and Early Mass Production).In the last edition of the VDP and the running Process-change Audit Management,the 2 stages,Product Project Planning and Product Planning,are being managed as a Product Planning stage.This article describes the details of the 6 Process-change Audit Management of the Vehicle Development Process in F Group,which is through the Audit Management of 6Process-change(including Conceptual Design Start,Program Lock,Product Lock,Trial Production Start,Mass Production Start and Early Mass Production Unlock)to achieve the VDP Quality Control,under the Process-change Audit Validation and top flowing of the non-compliance program.The Process-change Audit Management of the Vehicle Development Process in F Group is operated under the synergy management of Quality Committee of F Group,Quality Assurance Department and the other related Departments.In order to confirm the quality of the project,the workgroup together form a project quality report with the conclusions.Combined the vehicle development management experience of the domestic and international great automobile enterprises with the business practice of F Group,in this article the author has redesigned a new optimum proposal for the Process-change AuditManagement of the Vehicle Development Process in F Group,added Process-change Audit Management of the Project Tasks to freezing at the beginning of the project and Program Review at the end of the project,and rectifyed the content of 6 Process-change(including Conceptual Design Start,Program Lock,Product Lock,Trial Production Start,Mass Production Start and Early Mass Production Unlock).The new optimum proposal could meet the needs of the new vehicle development program management under new environment well,and change quality management of program to the management of the program’s quality.In this article,the author makes a comparison between the new optimum proposal and the running management pattern of the Process-change Audit Management of the Vehicle Development Process in F Group,and presents the 5 supporting measures,Professional Projet Manager Team,set up an Expert Team of the Process-change Audit Management,the integration and optimization of the IT systems,set up the Comprehensive Evaluation System of Vehicle Project and establish a hierarchical authorization of the new product project phase review management system,for the new optimum proposal.I believe that the product development ability and vehicle quality of F Group will be able to continuously upgrade,with the scientific and systematic Process-change Audit Management of the Vehicle Development Process carrying out in a deep-going way.
