Research On Precision Poverty Alleviation In Rural Areas Of Ruzhou City

As a major obstacle to human existence,poverty is still a major global issue.As a big agricultural country,China is also facing severe challenges of rural poverty.With the reform and opening up in the 80 s of last century,through continuous reform,innovation and development,China has finally established the road of poverty alleviation and development with the characteristics of socialism with Chinese characteristics.This resulted in the successful elimination of poverty in more than 700 million rural poor and laid a solid foundation for building a well-off society in an all-round way.However,the current situation of poverty alleviation in China is still grim,and the rural poverty alleviation work has entered a crucial stage.In this context,the theory of precision poverty alleviation came into being.This paper from the perspective of precise poverty alleviation of rural poverty alleviation precise in Ruzhou city as the research object,using the method of literature research,interpretation and analysis of the related theory in the text,based on the theory of foreign aid,to provide theoretical support for this study.Then,using the social survey method,povertydoor personal information,the implementation of government policies,the precise poverty effect brief statistical analysis;secondly,the core concept of poverty,poverty alleviation,and an overview of the theory of precise poverty;re analysis of the Ruzhou rural poverty alleviation precise problems and reasons of present situation,work.Ruzhou city rural poverty alleviation precise focus on the innovation of working mechanism,the government plays a leading role;using a variety of methods,adhere to the implementation of precision precise helping;evaluation of effect of three aspects of the work to ensure poverty,rural poverty alleviation accurate and achieved remarkable results.However,due to poor people's own ideological limitations,the village staff to implement policy process is deficient and helping the team is not perfect,supervision is not enough,the work of helping to further improve on the precise poverty mechanism,accurate poverty alleviation effect,supervision system should be.Finally,on the basis of the above analysis,this paper puts forward some suggestions to optimize the rural poverty alleviation in Ruzhou.From the subject of helping,supporting policies,helping the team,supervise the work of the four aspects,strengthen propaganda,enhance the confidence of poor households out of poverty,and poverty alleviation team,innovation of industrial poverty alleviation mode,supervision and punishment mechanism,the formation of multi point force,and the parties to work together to jointly contribute to the pattern of poverty alleviation.
