Research On The Governance Mechanism Of Aviation Industry Cluster Innovation Network

In the formation and development of aviation industry cluster,innovation network has played an important role,and has become a cluster development and the key to obtain competitive advantage.Domestic and foreign research results show that the aviation industry cluster has become an important development of the global airline industry value chain configuration mode,the formation of innovation networks is important stages in the development of aviation industry cluster.However,the existing research are analyzed from the network overall properties,microscopic main body of aviation industry cluster network innovation research slightly insufficient.Therefore,how to coordinate the cluster innovation of micro main body behavior to build aviation industry cluster innovation network,at the same time effective governance innovation in the network behavior of opportunism behavior,is aviation industry cluster technology innovation and the key to obtain competitive advantage.Based on network governance as theoretical basis,this paper systematically studied the aviation industrial cluster innovation network governance mechanism.Based on the innovation behavior of among the behavior subjects in the aviation industry cluster innovation network,this paper put forwards the internal governance mechanism and external governance mechanism of the aviation industry cluster innovation network.First of all,based on the analysis of characteristics of industrial cluster,innovation network and network governance,on the basis of defining the aviation industrial cluster innovation network,and puts forward its goal of management.Second,USES evolutionary game model to analyze the enterprise innovation network between core enterprise and innovation between affiliated enterprise decision-making behavior motivation,this paper discusses the influence factors of innovation network formed between enterprises,and simulation using Matlab software.According to the influencing factors and the simulation results,and put forward the internal governance mechanism of aviation industry cluster innovation network.Then,from the perspective of stakeholders,this paper analyses the core enterprise and local government,and research organizations,intermediary service institutions such as the relationship between.Using the static game model and dynamic game model,analysis of the formation of innovation network the game behavior of local governments and the core enterprise,government and the influence factors of innovation network formed between enterprises.Finally,based on the above analysis,combined with the characteristics of the aviation industry cluster innovation network,puts forward the aviation industrial cluster innovation network external governance mechanism.Features in this paper,the research and innovation place mainly reflects in:(1)to build the core enterprise in aviation industry cluster innovation network and evolutionary game model between affiliated enterprise;(2)the innovation network is established between core enterprise and associated enterprises in the evolutionary game model,and according to the results of game analysis,put forward the internal governance mechanism of aviation industry cluster innovation network;(3)from the perspective of stakeholders,to establish a game model between core enterprise and local government,and put forward the external governance mechanism of industrial cluster innovation network.In this paper,the research not only extends the network governance theory,also for the development of the aviation industry cluster and innovation network provides a theoretical basis.
