In recent years,the concept and thought of social consumption are undergoing profound changes.With the development of economy,the level of income improved continuously and the non-rigid demand accounted for more than ever.The rapid development of flower products market is a good example.At present,the flower market value keeps high growth since the proportion of flower consumption per capital is increasing,which leads the flower express industry developing rapidly.At the same time,the industry market competition is intensifying.Obviously,we can find some prominent problems from the current situation of supply chain management of flower Courier enterprises,such as the high administration cost,the huge logistics loss,and the inflated prices of product.Therefore,it is very important to study the supply chain management of flower courier industry and propose the countermeasures to optimize the supply chain structure and promote the healthy and orderly development of the industry.This paper adopted the case study,selected XX Flower Company as the research object and explored in depth about the flower courier industry.Firstly,this paper comprehensively analyzed the industry environment,market competition,as well as the strengths and weaknesses of internal management of XX Flower Company.Then,it completely understood the external opportunities and threats and the internal management strengths of the enterprise by SWOT analysis.In addition,it formulated reasonable strategies for enterprises by analyzing the problems of procurement&supply management.Finally,this paper analyzed the competitive strategy and company's procurement&supply management.Combining the experience in the practical work,this paper also put forward the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the company's management strategy.Specific speaking,this paper analyzed the competitors,suppliers,collaborators,customers and market position of flower company based on the market surveying,designed the goal of the company's procurement&supply management and put forward some concrete countermeasures and suggestions for the strategic objectives.
