Since the reform and opening up,market economy has developed rapidly.With intense market competition China's private express delivery companies has mushroomed rapidly,made the great progress.The growth of the private express industry is much faster than the growth rate of State-owned Express and International Express in the same period.To strengthen the domestic express market,the international market prospect is very wide.China's private express need to challenge,How to overcome their own problems and make full use of external development opportunities,the core problem is to select appropriate development strategy to gain advantages in the international market competition.This paper systematically researched the problem in the Shenzhen area Engaged in international express business the competitive strategy of QY international logistics co.,LTD.First,the analysis of the macro environment of QY international logistics co.,LTD,starting from basic theory of competitive strategy,introduces and explains the research background,research significance and related theories and classifications of express delivery enterprises.By using PEST analysis method,this paper analyzes the external environment of QY International Logistics Co.,Ltd.from four aspects of policy,economy,society and technology?Second,through the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of SWOT analysis,the internal environment of QY company is analyzed.Based on the application of Potter Porter Model in the bargaining power of buyers,the bargaining power of suppliers,potential competitors,substitute products and the degree of competition among competitors determine the company strategy,the strategic position of the enterprise is analyzed from three aspects of product,brand and image.Finally,by combining the actual development of QY company,introduce the development plan of QY company's express business internationalization,it is pointed out that the main factors affecting the international express business are cost,price and channel.It is concluded that the most favorable competitive strategy for enterprise development is cost leadership,and analyzes how to implement and guarantee the cost leading strategy from three aspects: talent,mechanism innovation and corporate culture.
