In recent years,thanks to the development of e-commerce increasingly mature and penetration of online shopping,providing a great opportunity to the development of China's express delivery industry.Express delivery industry become one of the fastest growing industry in our country,At the same time,competition is becoming more and more fierce.On the other hand,the rapid development of express industry also attracted large international Courier companies to enter the market.Although the international express delivery companies to accelerate the development of China's market has brought vitality to the courier industry.But there is a threat to our express delivery companies.SF Express founded in the 1990 s,in the process of more than 20 years of development,enterprise scale expands unceasingly,become the representative of the private Courier enterprise in our country.Although SF Express has many advantages in the domestic express market,but still has obvious disadvantages,especially compared with FEDEX,UPS and other international express company,SF Express have larger gap.How to seize the opportunity,improve themselves constantly in the fierce competition,reduces the gap with the international express company in various aspects,has become one of the big test to SF Express.Through the commonly used PEST model,this article first analyzes SF Express' s macro environment.Then use porter's five competition model to study SF Express' s competition environment.Then on the basis of internal resources that SF Express have Combining with above environmental analysis,use the SWOT analysis method find out the advantage,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of SF Express.And through strategic portfolio analysis,proposed some competitive strategy to promote competence from several aspects.In terms of market,subdivided customers,dig blank market etc;In terms of brand,Implementing strategy of brand marketing,improve brand awareness,build a strong brand;On the products and services,in addition to continue to improve service quality,but also should implement the strategy of differentiation;Implement the strategy of talent competition,optimize the human resource management;Finally,raising some protection measures from the aspects of network,technology,capital.
