The problem of income distribution is closely related to the vital interests and enthusiasm of the people,and has been the most important issue of economic development whatthe Governments and scholars concerned.In recent years,China has become the world's second largest economy,as the rapid developmentof economic,but behind the rapid economic growth is also hidden in the people's living standards and well-being of the increasingly hidden dangers.In addition,labor compensation in primary distribution is insufficient,Most of the benefits belong to the upper has capital entrepreneur,payment of labor is shortageor its growth rate is significantly less than the contribution to economic growth,leading to the development of the industry is not balanced,suppress demand,hinder economic growth,resulting in China's income gap continues to expand,inflation pressure and the rise in the cost of living also makes the living standards of the workers constantly decline,lack of sense of happiness,social stability is threatened.so improving the remuneration of workers have a positive linkage to promote the role of China's economic development.This paper uses the non competitive input-output model and structure decomposition(SDA)technique to analysis the four stages about2002-2005,2005-2007,2007-2010 and 2010-2012,each department of labor compensation accounted for the evolution trend of ratio and its influencing factors.The results show that 2002-2005 labor compensation accounted for 0.36 percentage points lower,2005-2007 and 2007-2010 two stages of pulling pay accounted for an increase of 20.2% and 37.49%,and 2010-2012 years of labor remuneration in growth rate is less than the domestic value added growth rate,the labor share proportion dropped 8.44 percentage points,the input-output model and structure decomposition method the labor remuneration rate of return,input and output structure,the final demand measure of the change in industrial structure,the final demand structure change,import substitution rate changes will affect the primary distribution of labor income share,and with the development of each industry labor remuneration rate of return time,the input-output structure changes on the labor share has a positive effect.But during the final demand structure change and the final demand of import substitution factor of industrial labor remuneration accounted for the contribution with uncertainty,and various industries in recent years the change of industrial structure on labor remuneration accounted for a blocking effect.on the basis of improving the share of labor compensation in the initial distribution.to improve the input and output structure,promote the upgrading and adjustment of industrial structure,stimulate demand,promote consumption,and promote economic growth.
