Agricultural harvesting mechanization is an important technical basis of agricultural modernization,which plays an important role in improving the comprehensive agricultural production capacity and ensuring the effective supply of agricultural products.Agricultural harvesting is a key link in the process of agricultural production,choose the suitable harvesting machinery is an important guarantee for the completion of the bumper harvest in the harvest season,and the harvest unit productivity is an important factor affecting the operation of the harvest,so the agricultural technology productivity harvester group has become an important part of the harvest operation improvement.Based on the comprehensive analysis of the harvest unit operation time,establishes a mathematical model of the relationship between various operation time and project land conditions harvester unit operations and established a mathematical model of harvesting technology productivity units and the relationship between different land conditions under unloading.In this study,8 different power level harvesting units were selected as the research object,and the tracking test method was used to measure the time consumption of all kinds of operation units under fixed distance.Based on the test data set to analyze the actual harvest,made clear harvester operation time project,calculation model of pure operation,turning and unloading,land transfer and other projects to establish mathematical time.According to the model and test data,using MATLAB programming,quantitative law productivity in different power level changes with the harvest unit plots conditions: When the unit rated power is about 50 k W,width is 2-3 m,and the grain tank volume is 1.4-3 m3,the suitable operation unit land area of at least 2 hm2,block length of at least 200 m;when the rated power unit is about 80 k W,width is 3-4 m,and the grain tank volume is 3-4 m3 when the operation unit suitable land area of at least 2.5 hm2,length of at least 300 m;the rated power unit is about 110 k W,width is 4-4.5 m,and the grain tank volume is 4-4.5 m3,the suitable operation unit land area of at least 3 hm2,length of at least 400 m unit rated power;about 150 k W,width is 4.5-5 m,and the grain tank volume is 4.5-5 m3,the suitable operation unit land area of at least 3.5 hm2,length of at least 500 m;when the rated power unit is about 230 k W,width is 7-8 m,and the grain tank volume is 10-12 m3,The plot of the suitable unit is at least 4 hm2 and the length is at least 600 m.The plot of the variation of the productivity of each unit with the length of the plot and the area of the plot is drawn.In the harvesting operation,the selection of the appropriate harvesting unit,can improve the agricultural mechanization technology productivity.The quantitative relationship between the unit and the harvest technology productivity rate changes with land conditions,provides a theoretical basis for changing the productivity of agricultural land units with technical conditions,but also for the technical index of operation research unit changes with land conditions provide the basic ideas and methods.According to the matching rule to guide different harvesting machinery and different land conditions,guiding agricultural machine type selection,so as to improve the production efficiency of agricultural machinery,agricultural machinery and give full play to the use value,the promotion of Agricultural Mechanization Development in China.
