S food company founded in 1994,is a collection of scientific research,cultivation,processing,trade as one of the agricultural and sideline products intensive enterprises.The main products are dehydrated garlic,pepper,onion,ginger,carrots and other dehydrated vegetables products,annual production capacity of 20000 tons.Sesame seeds have been small batch production,in 2015 has been the production of patents,All export products.S food company started from family workshops,develop continuously,through many stages,gradually become a certain scale enterprises.But because the enterprise managers lack of planning,lack of strategic consciousness and sense of purpose,in the enterprise transformation development without the full development of key nodes,leading to slower growth in enterprise,has certain blindness and limitation of enterprise development.In the current downward pressure on the economy,the development is slow.Therefore,how to crack the development process,especially in the transition period,from the overall situation of the development of the company's development strategy and provide the corresponding implementation plan is S food company to solve the problem.On the basis of collecting a large amount of relevant literature,this paper systematically studies the development strategy and implementation plan of S food company based on the theory of strategic management.First of all,through the S food company's general situation and development stage,to explore the company's problem.Secondly,using SWOT analysis,from the external environment and the company's internal two aspects,reveals the advantages and disadvantages of S food company,facing opportunities and challenges,lay the foundation for the company's strategic development.Further,by determining the strategic objectives,select the S food company to adapt to the development strategy,and to develop the implementation of the development strategy planning.Finally,through the implementation of product development strategy,marketing strategy implementation plan and the implementation of funds and personnel management strategy,to provide S food company development strategy and implementation.In this paper,the characteristics and innovations mainly in three aspects:1.the analysis by SWOT,reveals the advantages and disadvantages of the S food company,the opportunities and challenges;the establishment of strategic goals.2.through the choice to adapt to the development strategy of S food company.3.According the history of the company,we provides the S food company development strategy and product development strategy implementation plan and market the marketing strategy implementation plan and funding and personnel management strategy implementation plan.The research of this paper not only provides the development strategy and implementation plan for the S food company,but also provides the theoretical basis and analysis method for the development strategy of other similar enterprises.
