The Study On The Landless Peasants In Economic And Technological Zone Of Bozhou

The citizenization of peasants is the objective requirement of modernization and the inevitable result of urbanization.More and more agricultural land is expropriated to meet the need of urbanization and provide enough space for the expansion of city.The peasants who lost their land are forced to move into city and adjust their ways of living.They abandon their usual living style and become citizenized.However,the process is full of challenge and barriers.On one hand,it is hard for them to get used to such a new way of living within a short time and be familiar to city.On the other hand,the conflicts between the conventional values and the objective reality make it much more difficult for these peasants to accept the culture of the city.Compared with the change of economic and living situation,it is harder to adapt to the social,cultural and psychological aspects.The citizenization is a complicated and systematic project,which would arise many social conflicts and disturb the stableness of the society.Based on the background,the paper is focus on the problems following with the citizenization.The author put forward specific opinions by combining theory and the results of survey in order to make contribution to the development of citizenization.“Scientific arrangement,high-speed development,serious management and overall improvement “is regarded as the general guiding ideology of Bozhou in recent years.Promoting the agglomeration of population harshly and stimulating the expansion of city are the features of Bozhou recently.Because of that,a large number of land in the urban fringe is expropriated by the government and these peasants who lost their land become an inevitable part of the society.By doing questionnaires for the first three resettlement area and reduction area of the construction and urbanization of landless farmers' survey of the evaluation index system,the public degree of landless peasants through quantitative calculation;then combined with the theory of knowledge,analysis of the process of landless peasants in Bozhou City obstacles in the public and the reasons;finally the method to promote the urbanization of farmers from the five aspects of government,community,individual,society and culture.
