The development of urban-rural relations has an important impact on a country's society, economy, and people's livelihood.Entering a new era, along with higher standards of economic development requirements and a comprehensive rural revitalization strategy,China's urban-rural relationship policy has also entered a new stage.Urban-rural integration is the final product of Marx and Engels' urban-rural relationship, and it is also the pursuit of China's struggle in the front line of socialist development. Therefore, from the perspective of the new era,it studies the characteristics of urban-rural integration development across the country, and evaluates the degree of urban-rural integration development in various provinces and cities. It will provide positive thinking for the development of urban and rural integration in China. In the context of China's current urban and rural development, the article combines the theoretical evolution of urban and rural relations theory with the classical theory of regional economics and spatial economics, including Lewis' s classical urban-rural dual economic structure theory and Peru's growth pole theory.Friedman's core-peripheral theory analyzes and summarizes the status quo, characteristics and typical development models of urban-rural integration development.Under the inheritance and enrichment of past urban and rural policies, combined with the new requirements of the new era,A new interpretation of the connotation of integration.By constructing a comprehensive indicator system for urban and rural development, the composite system coordination degree model is used to measure the urban-rural integration degree of the country and provinces and cities.According to the results obtained, the evaluation criteria are set up,and the average value of the integration in each province and city in the past six years is used as the final assessment. The basis for the degree of urban-rural integration development in each province and city is evaluated according to the evaluation criteria, and its spatial and temporal distribution characteristics are analyzed, and exploratory spatial data analysis is carried out.The results show that the urban-rural integration of most provinces has reached a moderate level.Even Anhui Province has basically outperformed the national average in the past six years, but there are still a few provinces, including some key areas of economic development, which are still at the level of low-level integration development.According to the calculation results of the global Moran index, there is obvious spatial auto correlation in China's urban-rural integration. At the same time,in the local spatial auto correlation test, some provinces have different spatial clustering effects.Hot spot analysis also shows that Sichuan,Henan,The three provinces of Hubei are hot spots for the integration of urban and rural development in recent years.Through empirical research across the country and sub-regions,it is found that the level of agricultural industrialization, population growth and labor mobility across the country, opening up to promote urban and rural integration, price levels and talent reserve conditions hinder the in-depth integration of urban and rural development;population in the eastern region Growth, opening up to promote the integration of urban and rural development, price levels hinder the deep development of urban and rural integration, the rest of the explanatory variables are not significant;agricultural industrialization in the central region, population growth, opening up to promote the deep development of urban and rural integration, price levels, technological innovation and talent reserve The ability hinders the deep integration of urban and rural development;there is no significant explanatory variable in the western region, and the reason for the analysis is that the overall level of the western region is backward, making it difficult to measure the influence of explanatory variables on the explanatory variables.Based on the results of exploratory spatial data analysis, the article makes a simple classification of provinces and cities according to different development levels, and proposes specific recommendations for different types of regions, including: economically developed provinces and cities to maintain economic growth momentum, while Pay more attention to the rational allocation of urban and rural resources;the agricultural province needs to expand new horizons, extend the agricultural industrial chain, and realize the integration of the first two or three industries;the industrial developed provinces and cities need to pay attention to the protection of the ecological environment and develop the quality of life of the residents;the underdeveloped provinces need to strengthen Suggestions for urban infrastructure construction and the realization of agricultural intensification. At the same time, according to the results of empirical analysis of the model, targeted recommendations for the three major sectors and the national scope, including the promotion of agricultural industrialization across the country, the construction of a free flow mechanism for sound factors in the eastern region, the balance of urban and rural technological innovation and the reserve capacity of talents in the central region,Comprehensive development of the region promotes urban-rural integration.
