The coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region has been a hot topic that extensively discussed in our society. After the promulgation of <<Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region collaborative development planning>>,Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region development has become a national level consideration.Transportation is one of the important factors that affect the economic activity, and also determines the strength and the range of regional economic linkage.By research on the discussion of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regional railway network accessibilities, holding the impaction of traffic affection on economic linkage,it helps better to understand the spatial pattern of economic linkage and to enhance the operability of planning.Based on the science and technology project of Hebei province(Soft Science)"Research on the spatial extent of center and peripheral city with multi-level in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei "(15457630D),and references of researches at home and abroad,as well as its development features and characteristics, the paper chooses index as follows:the running time and mileage of the railway,GDP,population.we use the weighted average travel time method to calculate the accessibility of 13 cities in Beijing-Tianjin region in 2007 and 2014,also calculate the total economic linkages and the economic connection tense by using gravitational model, use ArcGIS to simulate their spatial relations, analysis of the evolution rules then forecast the accessibility and economic linkages in its medium-term(2020)of the whole plan. Then analysis the relevance of correlation based on the before study,in order to analyzes the types of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei railway network accessibility and economic linkage and spatial their spatial pattern,Purposing of providing a theoretical support for the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. The main conclusions are as follow:(1)A significant improvement on Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region railway network accessibility level.A circle form cored by Beijing and Langfang has been changed to a dual-circle of Beijing and Tianjin(gradually deduced to its outer space)from 2007 to 2014.In order to achieve the goal of urban wide high speed railway network compiled by "two-hour traffic circle",and the formation of Beijing,Tianjin,Langfang as a whole "core" in the circle structure. The central area will be increased, and the marginalization problem will be resolved, accessibility level gap gradually narrowed, and tends to balance.(2)A matching structure with the continuous improvement of the railway network, gradually strengthened economic linkage, and the pattern of economic linkage and accessibility. The main axis of the economic linkage between 2007 and 2014 is evolved from a single radial to high-speed railway, and the basic spatial structure is formed. However the overall pattern of economic linkage is still small, and weak in the west and the north area, with a relevant expanding in the central high-valued area.By 2020,the main axis of the economic link will be strengthened significantly, and the spatial structure network will be basically formed. The enlargement of the high value area formed the main change of the economic linkage pattern.(3)The correlation between railway accessibility and economic linkage. The degrees of relevance are divided into three types: high accessibility, high correlation degree, medium accessibility, medium correlation degree low accessibility and low correlation degree. It declares in the space from the center to the periphery. The cities with high accessibility and high correlation are Beijing,Tianjin,Langfang and Tangshan in the middle of the region, and the cities with low accessibility and high correlation degree are Zhangjiakou and Chengde in the northern fringe of the region.
