Research On Commercial Model Of Electric Bus

With the national "Energy Conservation" policy's progressive implementation,application of electric buses in domestic city public transport is becoming increasingly widespread.Development of electric buses has become an urgent consensus among domestic provinces and municipalities.Based on the theory of value shaping process,taking the basic elements of the business model as the starting point,the paper researched the way of choosing the commercial model of electric bus.The article summarizes the domestic four business model:Shenzhen model,Qingdao model,Hefei model,Beijing model,then we draw three conclusions.First,the electric bus business model is different from the traditional bus business model,the roles involved include government,producers,operators,power companies,consumers,and even members of the financial sector,which are more complex,but the industry's overall operations still follow the general process of value shaping.Second,the difference between business models Mainly concentrated in the different roles of the co-ordination and division of responsibilities.Third,business model can not be used in all localBased on elements of business model,this paper research peration process of the electric bus business model,and build influencing factors model of electric bus business model.Then,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of business model,and constructs the corresponding evaluation system.In this evaluation system,the level of this study is more comprehensive,including target location,material configuration,technical configuration,policy support,environmental improvement,and economic benefits,and we buld a scientific evaluation model based on this.Then,this paper takes Beijing as an example to introduce the analytic hierarchy process,and draws the conclusion that Beijing should pay attention to government subsidies and environmental benefits.Specifically,it should pay attention to the policy subsidy of middle and lower reaches and the actual improvement of environmental benefits.At present,Beijing only took a great job on policy subsidies.Therefore,this paper puts forward the proposal that the development of electric bus should be based on policy support,adjust the direction of subsidy and enhance the profitability of the industry in Beijing.In addition,the model provide a reference for the other provinces and cities.
