With the development of science and technology,the enterprise has a growing reliance on employees.The knowledge employees have the knowledge and skills which are needed by the enterprise.Now,the staff after 85s has gradually become main force of enterprises.Therefore,how to manage the after 85s knowledge employees is related to the survival and development of the enterprise.At the same time,the unique values and characters of the after 85s increased the difficulty of managing them.Different from the traditional economic contract,psychological contract focuses on the implicit content.The implicit and clear content has effect on employee attitude and behavior.Therefore,psychological contract provides a new way to manage after 85s knowledge employees.Based on the existing theories,this paper chose after 85s knowledge employees as research object,mature measurement scales and used spss17.0 data analysis tool to study the psychological contract and its influencing factors of after 85s knowledge employees.The psychological contracts after 85s knowledge employees are at lower levels,the realization of the employees responsibility for organising level slightly higher than the degree of implementation of the organization's relationship with responsibility.Through putting forward model,this paper discussed the effect of the values,vocational orientation,human resource management practices and perceived organizational support on employees' psychological contract and verified these hypotheses.The empirical results showed that the vocational orientation can't have impact on psychological contract.Values,human resource management practices,and perceived organizational support can have significantly positive influence on psychological contract.On the basis of the research conclusion,this paper put forward the corresponding management strategies.Then,this paper discussed the shortage of the research and provided suggestions for future the researches.
