As the market competition between enterprises intensifies, both the cost and the efficiency of these two indicators in the enterprise are also more important. For manufacturing enterprises, the performance level of its production line is critical to the competitiveness of the enterprise. Therefore,it is necessary to study the problem of performance related to the production line.At present, there are many literatures on the modeling analysis of production line, but most of them only consider the machine and the buffer, ignoring the human factors. With the widely application of one operator multiple machines,it is necessary to model and analyze the performance of the production line considering the interference of human machine. The modeling and performance analysis of production line has important practical value and guiding significance for the design and improvement of production line.Taking the modeling and performance analysis of serial production line as the main line, the model and performance analysis of a serial production line with the interference of human-machine in the workstation based on closed loop queuing network and Markov process are presented. This paper is divided into three steps: structured modeling of serial production line, modeling and performance analysis of serial two machine production line and modeling and performance analysis of serial multi machine production line.First of all,the model of the workstation with the interference of human machine is established based on the closed loop queuing. The steady-state solution is obtained, and the probability of the workstation in each state is obtained.Based on the results of the probability of each state in the single machine production line model, the parameters of the virtual machine, which is equivalent to the workstation, are obtained. At this point, the production line structure modeling is completed, and the serial production line with human machine interference problem is transformed into a simple serial production line.So far,the structured modeling of serial production line is completed, and the serial production line with human machine interference problem is transformed into a simple serial production line.Secondly, the model of two machine serial production line is achieved based on Markov process. The matrix analysis method is used to solve the steady state probability. Then, the formula for measuring the performance of serial two machine production line is established, and the factors affecting the performance of the production line are analyzed. After that, the influence factors of the production line on the performance of serial two machine production line are studied. Finally, the serial multi machine production line is modeled based on the combination method, and the parameters of the virtual machine are obtained. After that, the formula for calculating the performance index of serial multi machine production line is set up,and the whole calculation system for the performance analysis of serial multi machine production line is summarized. In order to evaluate the model, taking the case study on axle shop left shell production line of F company, the results show that: 1)the performance index calculation method has good convergence and has good operability and practicality;2)The actual throughput rate of the left shell production line is lower than that of the bottleneck, and the lower the storage location, the lower the actual occupancy. This performance index calculation system of serial multi machine production line with human-machine interference can provide the theoretical support for the design and performance improvement of production line, and it has certain guiding significance for the design and management of the production line.
