Heilongjiang electronic information industry,this paper mainly discusses its existing problems on the basis of analyzing its present situation,and tries to overcome its constraints,and thus concentrate its efforts to enhance the competitiveness of He ilongjiang electronic information industry.Firstly,the article elaborated the industrial competitiveness,the c oncept of ele ctronic information industry and related theories.And then from the historical evolution and manufacturing and software industry development status,description of Heilongjiang Province,the development of electronic information industry overview.Secondly,based on the analysis of the factors influencing the electronic information industry,16 indicators are se lected based on the basic scale competitiveness,market competitiveness,technological innovation competitiveness and production cost competitiveness,and the electronic information industry in He ilongjiang is quantitatively analyzed.Third,combined with the empirical results and the status of the industry,to understand the deve lopment of el ectronic information industry in Heil ongjiang Province,the overall size of the data of cross section of China's electronic information industry in 2014,this paper uses f actor analysis to a nalyze the 26 provinces and cities in Ch ina.According to the evaluation,it is found t hat the electronic information industry of Heilongjiang Province is in the middle and lower levels in China,and there is still a big gap with the developed areas.Among the factors,the cumulative contribution rate of the first three factors is as high as 80.928%,and the three factors are located at 21 in 26 pr ovinces and cities,respectively,in terms of scale factor,innovation factor and market factor.21 and 25,it can be seen in the scale and innovation factors and comprehensive competitiveness level,and the market factor to a large extent lower the competitiveness of He ilongjiang's industry.Although the benefit factor in the 26 provinces and cities ranked No.2,has a certain development advantages,but because the benefit factor contribution rate of only 8.598%,the impact is not obvious.Therefore,the development of electronic information industry in Heilongjiang Province is still very urgent,need to take relevant measures to speed up the development of electronic information industry in Heilongjiang Province.
