Electronic Information Industry Competitiveness Evaluation Of Henan Province

Under the new normal, the electronic information industry’s status is gradually becoming prominent in the national economy. Due to its high permeability and tech, electronic information industry will play an important role in transforming the pattern of economic development in our country, the upgrading of industrial structure and in the process of driving elements of the economic transformation. Since the end of last century, the development of electronic information industry has been faster than the growth of the national economy in our country. By far the structure, level and scale of the electronic information industry have gained considerable development. It has become the pillar industry of the national economy. Not only being the main force of the economic development, also it becomes a strategic industry, guiding and fundamental industry of national economy. Electronic information industry is changing the traditional industry, making steady growth of the information content in traditional industries and the information level of traditional production management.Considering the gradual increasing status of electronic information industry in the national economy, together with the present situation of economic development in Henan province, this paper studied the electronic information industry development in Henan province, which is significant to the economic growth in Henan province and the optimization of industrial structure. Combining with the status quo of the central plains economic zone of Henan province construction as the background, researching results at home and abroad for reference and combining with related theory, this paper sorts out and makes SWOT analysis of the electronic information industry development present situation in Henan. Then based on SPSS22.0 software, do the empirical research electronic information industry competitiveness of Henan province by using the factor analysis method. It is concluded that the comprehensive competitiveness of electronic information industry in Henan province is in the medium level, with poor innovation ability and good investment environment. Finally, based on the results of theoretical analysis and qualitative analysis combined with the background of the construction of the central plains economic zone, this paper puts forward several measures and suggestions to promote the competitiveness of the electronic information industry in Henan province:(1), actively promoting the central plains urban agglomeration of the electronic information industry docking;(2), using the platform’s investment promotion and capital introduction of the construction of the central plains economic zone, and bringing in large enterprises to play a leading role;(3), based on the construction of Zhengzhou aviation economy comprehensive experimental area, promotes the development of electronic information industry cluster and import and export trade;(4), emphasized in the central plains economic zone "three" coordinated development of the important position of roads, enforce the government support;(5), introduces the compound talents and advanced technology, promote the technology innovation, realize industry-university-institute cooperation mode, etc.Most of the previous researches on electronic information industry competitiveness are focusing on the electronic information industry’s international competitiveness; study of provincial competitiveness of electronic information industry is rare. Electronic information industry competitiveness research based on the regional economic integration is less. At our country economy of regional economic integration, functional, and division of labor development stage, the research is under the background of regional economic integration industry development contains a certain practical significance. So this article is based on the central plains economic construction background, the analysis and research of the electronic information industry in Henan province countermeasures is of great significance.
