Valve is the flow controlled unit in the industrial process pipe,which has been widely applied in many industries of national economy,with the development of the economy of our country,our domestic valve production from scarce to surplus and products are generally in the low-end market.In addition,foreign valve enterprises invest its manufactory in china quickly and its products are mostly in the high-end market.Chinese companies are faced with powerful marketing competition and always reduced to a passive positon due to lack of Marketing Strategy.S valve company is the subsidiary of S group,established in the 80's and its products was widely used in the petro-chemical chemicals and power industries.And main products are ball valves butterfly valve and control valve and so on,it has a certain scale with development in the recent years.This paper is focus on S company studying and research on its marketing strategy.Firstly,we analyze the internal and external marketing environment of S company by using PEST,SWOT analysis tools,and describes the Marketing Segmentation,Target Market Selection and Market Positioning of S company based on the law of STP.And studying the existing Marketing strategy problems of the S company from the aspect of Products,Prices,Distribution Channel and Marketing team.Paper uses 4P marketing theory to give some strategies about Products,Prices,Distribution Channel and Promote as per S companies marketing environment,it planed S company Marketing Strategy.Lastly,we reorganized the sales structure and optimized Distribution Channel and implement Marketing Process and Controls,which can ensure the company's marketing goal realization.This paper prioritization scheme proposed is combined with author's practical experience in sales activities.It mentioned sales structure reorganization and Distribution Channel optimization can be new research clue about planning Marketing Strategy for some other industrials companies.
