| In 2009,the chinese government proposed to build Shanghai into International Financial center by 2020,which will match China’s economic power and the international status of RMB.This is one of the most important background in city development,and indicates the direction for Shanghai’s development over a period of time.As the important fundamental element and main starting point of financial industry development,the importance of financial park is increasing day by day.As a new form in financial industry,the development of Shanghai F-park company is becoming more and more important.In June 2011,Shanghai F-Park company was established for the mission of serving the construction of Shanghai international financial center and helping the development in shanghai’s finance industry.On the other hand,the development of financial park in domestic is also on the rise,it is at the stage of exploration in both theory and practice.So,there is no experiences to follow in developing Shanghai F-Park company.But the realistic meaning of this part is important for Shanghai to build international financial center.That’s why we need a scientific and reasonable development strategy for financial park.this paper selects development strategy of Shanghai financial park for research objects,and puts Shanghai F-PARK in Fengxian District as a case to discuss and anlyze.In the first part,this paper expounds the development background of F-Park,elucidates the important practical significance based on the research literature at home and abroad.Then,anlyzing and summarizing the experience of financial park in domestic and foreign areas.on the base of these,this paper puts F-park as the case,draws support from SWOT model to anlyze the strength,weakness,opportunity and threats,and put forward possible considerations and propsals of develpment issues from various perspectives. |
