Research On The Willingness Of Rural Households To Transfer Land In Daqing City

Land is root of farmers.Since last 70's,our country began to implement family-contract responsibility system,which released the power of farmers to produce and operate,so that many farmers live a material rich life and farmland resource profit-producing gets an excellent development.However as urbanization and industrialization of our country goes deeper,a large number of farmers flow to non-agricultural industries and urban for employment,hence land transfer appeared.A small area of land of farmers under the family-contract responsibility system does not match state's land policy which make appropriate land scale of operation more difficult and farmland is not fully used.Daqing is a typical resource-based city.Its oil has been mined for more than half a century.The preparation of its transformation of resource-based city can be arranged earlier.Tapping land's various values deeply for the resource-based city transformation may provide a viable way.Land transfer is an inevitable part of the completion of large-scale agricultural production management.By that way,farmers' dispersed land can be centralized to transfer to large local enterprises or those capable enterprises to make farmland fully used,In this way,Farmland production efficiency will be improved,farmers' income will increase,and get Daqing a sustained and healthy economic.This paper firstly reorganized current researches of both home and abroad and referred theoretical basis,summarized the situation of land resources in Daqing City,analyzed its division of land area,and arranged its land circulation area under different circulation modes in recent years.We issued questionnaires to farmers as smallest to analyze base attributes willingness and the subjective willingness and its production willingness of land transfer all over Daqing City.We did regression analysis according to questionnaires by logistic mode and concluded 5 reasons for their willingness for land transfer and 2 influenced factors.Finally,the author concluded several problems by positive analysis and put forward some suggestions on how to influence the land transfer intention and the influencing factors of land transfer intention.: strengthen government's agriculture-related policies,guide it publicity,accelerate the process of urbanization and industrialization in Daqing City,cultivate agricultural land leasing market,standardize land transfer intermediary services,strengthen the construction of land transfer network platform,speed up the development of second and third Industrial,cultivate new farmers land transfer subjects and establish a reliable rural social security system.
