The Empirical Analysis Of The Willingness And Influencing Factors Of Farmer' Land Circulation In Yibin City

Since the ancient times,China is an agricultural country,agriculture carried out on the land.Since the founding of the People's Republic of China,China's agricultural problems have been around the land.After the third plenary session of the eleventh central committee of the CPC,China began to implement the Household contract responsibility system.Farmers can use the collective membership of their villages to contract land collectively and obtain the right to contract land.This system greatly improved the enthusiasm of farmers and made great contributions to the smooth progress of reform and opening up.However,with the development of the society,this method shows some defects.On the one hand,due to the large transfer of rural labor force to the change of the employment structure of cities and peasants,the resulting land use is everywhere,and food security is threatened.On the other hand,under the premise of the advent of the great agricultural era,small and scattered family businesses inevitably lead to inefficient agricultural production and cannot achieve economies of scale.Based on the field research in Yibin city,this paper makes an in-depth interview and obtains the basic data of the land transfer in Yibin city,and summarizes the behavioral characteristics of the farmers' land circulation in Yibin city.Through Logistic regression analysis,this paper makes a regression analysis of the influencing factors that influence the willingness of sample land transfer,and draws the following conclusions:(1)the head of the household culture degree,occupation,family income,the master is not in the rural population accounts for more than all the year round,for farmland and urban land approval and distance and have social security,land rent these factors affect the farmers' willingness to land transfer.(2)the head of the household culture degree,occupation,family income,head of the household have professional agricultural technology,the rural financial support and the time needed for land circulation factors affect farmers' willingness to land into.The following policy recommendations are obtained :(1)accelerate the urbanization process and promote the development of non-agricultural industries;(2)encourage agricultural management and improve agricultural technology;(3)improve the rural social security system and solve the worries;(4)improve the agricultural land transfer market and set up land transfer platform;(5)increase rural financial support;(6)improve the system of farmland property rights.
