With the constant improvement of China's economic system,the competition between enterprises is gradually evolved into the competition of human resources.In the modern enterprise management,performance management has become the important subject,in order to study how to achieve the result of people,using human resources efficiently.In such a social environment,enterprises build a fair,just and scientific performance appraisal system,and so it is urgent to establish a comprehensive system of management philosophy.The taking a enterprise as an example,using the method of questionnaire investigation,literature data,analysis of the problems of a enterprise sales staff performance appraisal system,such as:1 performance indicators and the content is not reasonable;2 the appraisal object single;3.The performance appraisal process lack effective communication and feedback;4 performance appraisal results using isnot comprehensive.Combined with the development background and the actual situation,the performance appraisal mainly divided as four aspects of work performance,work ability,work attitude,training learning,and assessment by 360 degrees and management by objectives two indicators of performance appraisal method.According to the assessment indexes,period,method,feedback and results of the application on the company's performance appraisal system were modify and improve,put forward the corresponding improvement scheme,and puts forward the guarantee measures of ideological security,system security,personnel security and the improvement effect of prospective employees and enterprise are analyzed.It is hoped that the research of this paper will help and perfect the sales performance appraisal system.
