For the general contractor of the system engineering in the category of industrial products,the sales staff master the important customer resources of the enterprise,which is the lifeblood of the enterprise.How to reasonably and efficiently evaluate the job of the salesman is the key to the human resource management of the enterprise.At present,there is basically a consensus in the management field.Improving the performance appraisal system of employees,especially salesmen,plays a very important role in improving the work efficiency and performance of enterprises.TD company salesperson has such problems as lack of sense of responsibility,low enthusiasm for work,lack of innovative ability and increasing turnover rate.These problems have seriously restricted the development of TD company,and even brought huge survival crisis.The analysis found that there are many reasons for these problems,but the fundamental reason is that the sales staff performance appraisal system problems,resulting in disproportionate pay and harvest sales staff,which leads to the cohesion of the enterprise is reduced,float,then affect the enterprise performance and income.For this special group of sales of industrial enterprises,establish a scientific,effective,applicable and objective performance appraisal system for sales staff salary,promotion,training,occupation planning to provide a scientific basis,not only to fully mobilize their enthusiasm,improve the sales staff personal and team performance,but also help to improve enterprise performance,impetus for the sustainable development of enterprises,and finally realize the enterprise strategic goals.Study based on the performance evaluation of domestic and international relevant literature,a profound analysis of the situation and existing sales staff performance appraisal industry characteristics of TD company's financial condition,operating characteristics,and starting from the angle of human resource management,through in-depth investigation and research,find out the existing performance appraisal system of the existing sales staff of TD company,aiming at the problem of according to the theory,the choice of assessment methods,the sales staff for TD company,improve the index system and to identify and validate the index weight,improve the assessment procedure and safeguard measures,to improve the current state of the work of the sales staff of TD company,to inject vitality into the development of TD company,and provide the reference to the evaluation of enterprise performance of industrial products sales staff theory.
