In recent years,the supervision and administration was strengthened.In January 16,2015,The Ministry of Agriculture pointed that,one of the key point of planting industry is “zero increase” Action of application volume on pesticide.The “zero increase” Action partly affect the way of development on pesticide industry in future,technical product start its low profit period,the increase range of formulation industry became slower.As a chemical pesticide manufacturer and seller,H pesticide company also face a big problem on sale.Regarding to the management on salesman,the existed performance appraisal system has many unreasonable articles.This hurts the enthusiasm for work of salesman,especially those sales man who work for H pesticide company more than 5 years,the salesman's turnover ratio increased year by year.It is necessary to reform the salesman's performance appraisal system.For above mentioned reason,this text introduce full process of optimization on salesman's performance appraisal in details through five chapters.First,it introduced the background and significance of performance appraisal;Second,it explains the related theories of performance appraisal and the main methods;Third,it analyzes the present situation of salesman's performance appraisal in chemical pesticide in China,and it analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of performance appraisal method;Forth,based on the analysis of the pesticide industry salesman's performance appraisal in the overall situation,it analyzes the current situation and problem of the salesman's performance appraisal problems in H pesticide company,and with the company's strategic development goals,using the Balanced Scorecard(BSC)and key performance indicators(KPI)and other related theoretical tools,provides the optimization design idea,principle,scheme and performance measures,establish a new salesman's performance appraisal system in H pesticide company.The last is the conclusion of the whole text,the conclusion is summarized and the future research direction is prospected.This text aims to further improve the working enthusiasm of the salesman,to provide organizational strategy support reference for H pesticide company,at the same time,this text also provides some reference for the practice of sales performance appraisal on all sales industry.
