China is a global engineering machinery manufacturing country,but with the United States,Germany and other construction machinery manufacturing power compared to China’s construction machinery manufacturing industry innovation capacity is insufficient,low level of industrial structure,resource consumption,the implementation of lean management is China’s construction machinery manufacturing enterprises to solve these problems,to achieve an important way to the transformation and development,to reverse the long-term construction machinery manufacturing enterprises extensive development model,optimize the allocation of resources to achieve lean operation,thus promoting the new normal economy under construction machinery Class manufacturing industry transformation and upgrading.Unfortunately,lean management in China’s construction machinery manufacturing enterprises in the application of time is still relatively short,many companies in the industry’s lean management is still in the initial stage of exploration,there are many applications and problems to be solved,and Lean Management Of the expected there is a big gap.Based on the theory of lean management and the actual situation of A domestic construction machinery enterprise,this paper analyzes the problems in the current environment of low market demand,wasteful production problems and low production efficiency in the process of production A company to implement lean management to explore how to apply the theory and method of lean to enterprise management,and summarize the existing problems in the process of application of lean management,and put forward the pertinent improvement measures.The purpose of this study is to help Company A to establish a lean management system suitable for the development needs of the company,help the company to improve the material flow,information flow and cash flow in the production management process,help the company reduce the production cost and reduce the production waste.,Improve production efficiency,enhance market competitiveness.Generally,the main research results are as follows:First,taking the domestic large-scale engineering machinery enterprise A Company as an example,this paper analyzes the R & D design flow of the enterprise based on the actual situation of the company,combining with the research and development of the key projects of the company,using a variety of lean management tools;Second,the paper focuses on the actual situation of Company A,and discusses how to make a reasonable assessment of the improvement measures before the implementation of Lean Management,and then select the improvement measures with low risk,short time consuming and high output.Third,it is suggested that the lean management is a continuous improvement measure,and some measures should be taken to optimize the measures to improve the feasibility of improvement measures.Fourth,how to implement the lean management in the lean management of construction machinery enterprises,as well as the supervision and evaluation of lean management,and so on,with a view to realizing the expected goal of lean management.
