At the present stage,the performance evaluation has been paid more and more attention,especially the establishment and application of the comprehensive evaluation index system.In our country,a lot of enterprise performance evaluation methods are still very traditional,there are a lot of problems,such as indicators of the assessment is not clear,human subjective factors.How to select and quantify the performance evaluation index and apply it to the enterprise management is an important problem to be faced.With the rapid development of IT technology and e-commerce in China,logistics enterprises are facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges.How to expand the market share,obtain market competitive advantage,cultivate and maintain the core competitiveness of the market,is a problem that every logistics enterprise has to think about.At present,China's logistics related policies are becoming more and more perfect,the service system is becoming more and more standardized.The internal performance evaluation system should be established as a tool to improve the management and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.This is very important for the current management and future development of logistics enterprises.As a strategic performance management tool,the Balanced Score Card design performance evaluation index with the enterprise's strategy and vision as the starting point.This can achieve the harmonization between the implementation of the strategy and the management of tactics effectively.Combined with the financial and non-financial indicators,the company can conduct a comprehensive,multi-level assessment with the idea of KPI.The realization of the target value is related to the various departments of the company,which can strengthen the communication and coordination among the departments and employees,and promote the integration process of the company.Pay attention to the evaluation of customer satisfaction,can enhance the enterprise's reputation and competitive advantage in the market.As an advanced strategic performance evaluation tool,the balanced scorecard can be specific to the development goals of the enterprise,urging employees to work hard and strive for the overall goal of the enterprise.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction,which introduces the research background and significance,research ideas and methods,research innovation and deficiencies.The second part introduces the related concepts and theoretical basis,including the characteristics of logistics,logistics enterprises and performance evaluation,balanced scorecard,key performance indicators of the theoretical basis.The third part is about the present situation,organization structure and performance evaluation system of A logistics enterprise.In addition,the shortcomings of current performance evaluation system are analyzed.The fourth part describes how to apply the Balanced Scorecard and the principle of SMART to reconstruct the performance evaluation system of A logistics enterprise,including index selection and weight distribution,and discusses the Balanced Scorecard in the actual implementation of the future,put forward the safeguard measures.The fifth part is the conclusion and prospect of this paper,summarizes the purpose of the whole article,and prospects the future development of the balanced scorecard.This paper argues that the balanced scorecard can be applied to logistics enterprises to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of performance evaluation.Logistics enterprises should make professional strategic analysis based on the internal and external circumstances of the company.Logistics enterprises should design,modify and implement the balanced scorecard combined with the characteristics of the industry and the characteristics of the enterprise.In the implementation process,the enterprise should uphold the principle of full participation,efficient communication,solve the difficulties encountered actively and plan the action plans scientific.
