With the economic globalization and development at a full speed of science and technology, enterprise logistics has become the new way to reduce cost, create profits and increase economic efficiency. Nowadays, more and more enterprises have paid attention to logistics management. Many enterprises have recognized the strategic importance of logistics, and some enterprise even thought it as "core competence".We think that if enterprises want to gain competitive advantage through logistics, they must have a set of integrated performance evaluation system. The performance evaluation of logistics is the important part of integrated logistics in enterprise. Effective evaluation can help the enterprise find the gap and the cause, which motivates the enterprise to strength its integrated logistics management and improve its power. the performance evaluation is a very important step to push the implementation of integrated logistics management. This dissertation use one strategy performance evaluation tool - Balanced Scorecard to set up performance evaluation system of enterprise logistics, which select the evaluation index from four dimensions, namely, the customer, internal business, innovation and learning, and finance. This evaluation system not only has accurately evaluated the effect of lowering operation cost, but also the strategy benefits of enterprise integrated logistics. Such performance evaluation system of enterprise logistics based on BSC is a set of strategic evaluation system. There exist cause-effect links in balanced scorecard, so the indexes in different dimension in proposed evaluation system are interrelated. The proposed evaluation system isn't a liner hierarchy decision which can use AHP. Considering such problem, this dissertation use a new decision-making technique-Analytic Network Process (ANP) to figure out the weight of the evaluation index. The ability of ANP to consider interdependencies among and between levels of decision attributes makes it an attractive multi-criteria decision-making tool. We take the enterprise logistics strategy as evaluation criteria, and establish the ANP network based on four dimensions in proposed evaluation system. A combination of balanced scorecard and ANP-based evaluation approach will not only consider all interrelated influences and feedbacks in such network, but quantify these influences and feedbacks by super matrix to make the evaluation more accurate.
