With the continuous development of modern economy,the market competition is becoming more and more fierce,and enterprises need to seek for change and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises in the whole environment.In the context of this economic era,QY chain enterprises are constantly seeking solutions to cope with such fierce market competition.As the key link in the enterprise supply chain,chain enterprise logistics center affects the operation of the whole enterprise,so it is necessary to carry out scientific management of the logistics center.As the core content of management accounting,performance evaluation plays an important role in the future planning,management decision-making and management level.Whether the performance evaluation system is reasonable will not only affect the realization of the enterprise’s strategic goals,but also affect the work enthusiasm of the employees.In China,the performance evaluation is not widely and deeply researched,especially the setting of performance evaluation system is one-sided and casual.Therefore,it is necessary to study the performance evaluation of chain enterprise logistics center.In view of this,this paper aims at improving the competitiveness and management ability of enterprises,and conducts research on the performance evaluation of chain enterprise logistics center.First of all,on the performance evaluation at home and abroad and the research achievements of the balanced scorecard,reviewed and commented on articles apply to target management,the balanced scorecard,analytic hierarchy process(ahp)and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method theory,through on-the-spot investigation,understand the QY chain logistics center of specific work flow and QY chain logistics center performance evaluation of the status quo.Through the analysis discovered the QY chain enterprise logistics performance evaluation system in the center of the existing unreasonable evaluation method,evaluation index and strategic disjointed,the index weight distribution is not reasonable,lack of feedback and application of performance results.Then,in the performance evaluation index system is set up under the guidance of the principle,according to the basic theory of the balanced scorecard,designed the QY chain enterprises performance evaluation index system of logistics center system,a total of three levels,a total of 37 refining indicators,contains a number of angles,made more comprehensive and objective performance evaluation system.By means of analytic hierarchy process,the weights of all levels are determined and thecomprehensive evaluation result is calculated by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Finally,the implementation of QY chain logistics center performance evaluation system based on balanced scorecard is proposed to make the evaluation system more stable.In order to realize the informationization of the performance evaluation of logistics center,this paper uses the Power Builder10.0 software to design and develop the QY chain enterprise logistics center performance evaluation system.
