Under normal economic background,China’s economic structural contradictions prominent,China economy how to adapt to the new norm,accelerate the transformation and upgrading has become an urgent problem.The eighteen proposed,technological innovation and strategic support to improve social productivity and comprehensive national strength,we must stick to the road of independent innovation China characteristics,the implementation of innovation driven development strategy thus,innovation has become the key to enhance the economic strength of our country is driven only by adhering to the core of innovation in the development process,in order to promote our country economy to adapt to the new normal,grasp the new normal,leading the new norm.Innovation is not only the key driving factors to enhance China’s economic strength,it is also an important factor in the core competitiveness of the enterprises.The individual is the subject of innovation activities,individual innovation is the driving force of enterprise innovation,decided to enhance the enterprise innovation strength and innovation activities,therefore,the overall innovation needs innovation behavior based.Innovation behavior is a non continuous process,with uncertainty and instability,in this dynamic process,the staff can not completely avoid errors.As one of the important psychological tendencies,the error risk taking is an important role to promote the flexibility of the individual to deal with the errors,and to adjust and innovate the individual.This paper aims to explore the relationship between error risk and employee innovation behavior,and the moderating effect of the mediating effect of creative self-efficacy and job autonomy.According to the four variable scale discussion and design related questionnaire.Through a questionnaire survey of 12 enterprises in Anhui Province,the collection of raw data,reliability and validity analysis of the four variables,and the relationship between variables by regression analysis.The conclusions are as follows:1.Error-risk taking significantly positive effects on innovative behavior,higher level of error-risk taking,an individual more prone to innovate;instead,lower level of error-risk taking,individuals are less likely to produce innovation.2.Creative self-efficacy plays a mediating role in the influence of error-risk taking on employees’ innovative behavior.First,the error-risk taking can significantly positive effects on innovative self-efficacy.Individuals become more flexibility when dealing with errors,they are more confident finishing innovation activities on their own;on the contrary,individuals respond to be more closed when errors appear,their own independently lower the confidence level of innovative activity.Second,the creative self-efficacy significantly positive effects on innovative behavior of employees.Individuals have more confidence to complete the innovation activities,the more prone to innovate;on the contary,individuals to independently lower the confidence level of innovative activity,the less prone to innovate.3.Job autonomy significantly positive effects on innovative behavior.Individual in the course of work to show more independence,more prone to innovate;on the contrary,individuals in the more restricted the work in the process,the less prone to innovate.4.Job autonomy as moderating variables in the influence of error-risk taking on employees’ innovative behavior does not exist in the regulation,autonomous regulation does not pass inspection.This paper is divided into six chapters:The first chapter is an introduction.Paper background,questions of the research,meaning,ideas,methods and possible innovations.The second chapter is a literatre review.Summing up the concept of error-risk taking,innovative behavior,creative self-efficacy and job autonomy,influence factors and relevant research.The third chapter is assumptions for theory and research.On the basis of research of the relationship between error-risk taking,innovative behavior,creative self-efficacy and job autonomy,proposed research hypotheses and construction of models.The fourth chapter is study design.Reference maturity scale,modified and(?)combined with Chinese stories,designing scientific maturity questionnaire.And error-risk taking,innovative behavior,creative self-efficacy and job autonomy in revision of the scale of its reliability and validity testing.The fifth chapter is the empirical analysis.First descriptive statistics and correlation analysis of the variable,and then the error-risk taking analysis of the effects on employees’ innovative behavior and test creative self-efficacy of mediator and job autonomy of the effect.The sixth chapter is the conclusions,recommendations and prospects of study.Analyzing conclusions,and propose management recommendations,pointed out that there may be deficiencies and related research areas research direction in the future.
