Abusive supervision refers to hostility against employees perceived continuous perform of the verbal and nonverbal, but does not include physical violation. Creative behavior refers to employee generate new ideas and try to put it into practice behavior in the work process. Studies have shown that leadership has an important impact on creative self-efficacy and creative behavior, employee creative self-efficacy has an important impact on employee creative behavior. As a leader behavior, abusive supervision has a corresponding impact on employee creative self-efficacy and creative behavior. This paper will combine with demographic variables to study the relationship among abusive supervision, creative self-efficacy and creative behavior.The contents of this paper will review two studies based on previous research:The first part reviews the researches on abusive supervision, creative self-efficacy and creative behavior in China and abroad. The second part will discuss the relations between abusive supervision, creative self-efficacy and creative behavior and make an overall analysis on abusive supervision, creative self-efficacy and creative behavior. Through the analysis of the differences in demographic variables and the relationship between each other to test and verify the mediating effect of creative self-efficacy between abusive supervision and creative behavior. The main conclusions in this paper are as follows:(1)Abusive supervision has the significant differences in term of leadership, but it has no insignificant differences in terms of gender, education, post and personality characteristics.(2) Creative self-efficacy has the significant differences in term of education and leadership, but it has no insignificant differences in terms of gender, post and personality characteristics.(3) Creative behavior has the significant differences in term of gender, education, leadership, and personality characteristics, but it has no insignificant differences in terms of post.(4) Abusive supervision has a negative correlation with creative self-efficacy, which meanings that the higher abusive supervision, the lower creative self-efficacy.(5) Abusive supervision has a negative correlation with creative behavior, which meanings that the higher abusive supervision, the lower creative behavior.(6)Creative self-efficacy has a positive correlation with creative behavior, which meanings that the higher creative self-efficacy, the lower creative behavior.(7) Test and verify the mediating effect of creative self-efficacy between abusive supervision and creative behavior.
