Study On Precise Poverty Alleviation In Rural Tourism In East Sichuan Province

China’s rural tourism resources is rich in eastern Sichuan,not fully give full play to the effectiveness of rural tourism poverty alleviation due to the traffic inconvenience,tourism concept weak and economic backwardness,which has became the current strategic choice of precision poverty alleviation.According to the successful overseas and home experiences,rural tourism precision poverty alleviation is a kind of effective mode to promote.Rural tourism Precise poverty alleviation is a dynamic,open and feedback organic system that builds a system of " Precise Poverty Alleviation Identification-Precise Poverty Alleviation Assist-Precise Poverty Alleviation Management-Precise Poverty Alleviation Verification ".Moreover,with the local economic environment and tourism environment changes,rural precision tourism poverty alleviation system will be changed accordingly,and to re-identify the help object and set the management conten.At present,one of the urgent tasks of the eastern Sichuan region is how to rely on the advantages of tourism resources to develop the tourism economy and rural tourism vigorously,which will promote the development of rural economy to achieve precision poverty alleviation.Based on the study of the theory of precise poverty alleviation in rural tourism,this paper provides relevant theoretical guidance for the work of precise poverty alleviation in eastern Sichuan tourism.It analysis the basic situation,rural tourism development status and the poverty alleviation benefit of rural tourism in eastern Sichuan through the investigation and data collection.Taipeng Township of Ying Shan County as the research object of east sichuan region.first of all,it starts from the tourism resources and poverty status in Taipeng township.then,conduct a field survey.finally,analysising the poor causes of poverty、Poverty alleviation model、shortfall and advice in the poverty alleviation work,whice can provide new ideas and new ways for the work of rural tourism precision poverty alleviation in the eastern Sichuan region.The innovation of this paper is to analyze the existing problems in the rural poverty alleviation work in the eastern Sichuan region by using the theory of global tourism,the theory of industrial integration and the theory of stakeholder in tourism community.Comprehensive domestic and foreign tourism poverty alleviation development model,to put forward some alternative solutions,According to local conditions,to build the poverty identification model of Taipeng Township,and put forward the development model of poverty alleviation in rural tourism.Through the local rural tourism poverty alleviation mechanism,power,industry,product reengineering to improve the rural tourism development strategy.Highlighting the importance of rural tourism in the strategy of poverty alleviation to promote the poverty-stricken villages in eastern Sichuan to accelerate the pace of getting rid of poverty.
