Analysis On Poverty Alleviation Benefit Of County Rural Tourism In Wulingshan District

In 2017,the nineteen party put forward the strategy of "Rural Revitalization",which not only included the importance and deep friendship of the CPC Central Committee for millions of farmers in the whole country,but also the general starting point for China to do well in the work of agriculture,rural areas and farmers in the new era.It can be seen that the implementation of the strategy of Rural Revitalization and the accelerated complement of the "three rural" short board can be described as a long-term and foresight.Highlights the problem of poverty is seriously restricting the steady development of villages in China's poor areas,as early as 2011,China's rural poverty alleviation and development in the "outline China(2011-2020 years)" has clearly pointed out: "to alleviate and eliminate poverty,and ultimately achieve common prosperity of the nation,is the essence of socialism." Whether poverty eradication is directly related to whether our goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way in2020 can be realized.At the same time,it is also related to the interests of the poor people.Its importance is self-evident.However,because the poor areas in China are mainly concentrated in the Midwest areas with harsh natural conditions and numerous ethnic minorities,these areas are usually limited by economic,cultural and locational factors.The poverty is deep and wide.Compared with other ways of poverty alleviation,tourism poverty alleviation has its unparalleled special advantage.It is the ability of self-reliance in poor areas,and it is a "hematopoietic" poverty alleviation.The core of tourism poverty alleviation of poverty "is the benefit and development",the author through a lot of reading related literatures about tourism poverty alleviation,find the focus of academic research is usually poor tourism concept,mode,strategy and so on,this problem is more theory.However,although some scholars research on the effect of tourism poverty alleviation,but very little research is still few research achievements,especially in minority poverty area as an example,is still lacking,economic,social and environmental benefits and the insufficient attention,lack of more effective methods of science and technology.In view of this,this paper reference the domestic and foreign scholars of mature scale,starting from the economic,social and environmental benefits of these three aspects,selected the feasibility,comprehensive and operable evaluation index of strong,build more rural tourism poverty alleviation comprehensive benefit evaluation index system,in order to effectively measure the country the effect of Wuling Mountain Area tourism.This theory further enriched the Wuling mountain area poverty alleviation of rural tourism benefit evaluation research is the related theoretical research is an important extension and supplement,has certain academic value.In addition,this study attempts to county Wuling Mountain Area Baojing county which is a typical poor minority region as the research object,using thequestionnaire survey method and AHP(AHP)technology,scientific and systematic measure of poverty alleviation benefits of rural tourism in the region,and according to the evaluation results,the comprehensive multi angle,analysis,in order to the effective measure of Wuling mountain area poverty alleviation of rural tourism,rural tourism and find out the effectiveness of poverty alleviation and the strengths and weaknesses of the factors,and then puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions of system optimization.
